Told them not too call me again. Trying to sell me on electromagnetic brain therapy

Either solar or medical. I don't remember from past calls. Company is called Excel

I'm not before I could tell about the person calling, but I'm pretty sure it was a foreign call center, since they called on a sunday.

Tells me she's not selling anything and then tries to sell me a solar system.
