Received a text message from this telephone number. I do not recognize this number. Text read " It's been a long time. Can you talk to me about what you've been up to?". Reported as spam & blocking this telephone number in my cell phone.

can't tell if it was call or text but I don't know anybody who would call a Texas cell number from Pennsylvania so I refused to answer and blocked it as spam.
