Spam call

I received a text from this number a few minutes ago concerning an unemployment claim although I'm in Wisconsin.

No messages, repeated calls, can not return call (number is "disconnected")

spam. wants to help me save money on my car insurance. SPAM

Called today 06/30/21 at 1:42 pm approximately it rang several times and hung up did not leave a voicemail message on the answering machine

Not sure that's the name they said, but, sounded like it. Couldn't really understand anything they said.
