I got a call from this number, but was driving and unable to answer. I called the number back and the introduction message said "Dynamic Recovery." I pressed "1" a few times and spoke to a live, English-native speaking lady who explained that they are a collections agency.

several times a day. I informed the caller that I am not the person who they are asking for yet they continue to call me.

Life Insurance. Asian Indian accent so thick you barely know he said hello. I mean please, don't bother. I'll hang up every time someone with that accent calls. Not racist, just pisses me off to have to struggle to understand your speech.
