Supposed charge for MacBook through Amazon

Tried to call number back, but only automated message "unable to connect with an agent at this time. please call back during normal business hours" which i did twice, and got same message even during normal business hours

tried to call back, but only get an answering machine: "unable to connect with agent at this time, please call back during normal business hours". And i did try calling during normal business hours

I don't know why I'm getting these calls.
