Quickly says they are (affiliated) with Humana and want to tell us about a (valuable) service. This is a spam call using a spoofed number. It is a possible scam.

These people are a semi-criminal enterprise. They attempt to convince people who have no outstanding debt that they do and then harass them with frequent calls from multiple spoofed numbers.

This is a scam, they try to convince people that they have outstanding debt when they do not.
