This is a dangerous scam caller that comes through as a Kepsuttarim or Dursunbeytarim Turkish SCAMs.
These scams are so dangerous that the Customs Border Patrol of the U.S. Homeland Security put out a warning letter in 2022.
They write in these calls"the U.S. Resident is instructed to provide banking information, Social Security numbers and/or dates of birth. These calls are scams. Residents are urged to NOT provide these callers with ANY information. If such calls are received, call recipients should immediately hang up the phone and give NO information out.
