This number calls more than 3x a day, leaves voicemails most the time blank, but sometimes leaves a number that you can't call back, and hours or some place open. No way to call this number back ever.

This number belongs to PRA Group Canada. They purchased old debts from banks and credit card companies. Then try to harass anyone that they think might be the right person for payments.
