Blood donation autocall

This person has been calling my number for over 2 months. Leaves vulgar voicemails constantly. Leaving voicemails that he's going to kill himself. (Which he should, because I'm getting sick and tired of him calling and being a nuisance)
This person calls in the middle of the night and very early in the mornings. My husband has called him back and told him he has the wrong number and to stop calling our number. But this person continues calling. I don't know if he's drunk, mentally retarded, or just stupid and thinks this is funny.
