I did go to the URL to see what it looked like. It wasn't an HTML site, There were no graphics. You couldn't click on anything like the menu, site map, customer support, etc. They wanted me to change my password and they asked for some other info so they were definitely phishing.

Did not answer because I figured it was probably fraud and not really OptumRx.
