This is a complete scam. I called my mortgage company and they said that due to public records companies access this information. Of course, this company says nothing about themselves, even if they were a company, but they are not. This is a serious criminal enterprise.

Do not have, nor have I ever had any type of account with Citibank. Besides that, banks typically do not "cold-call" even their established customers, they only return previous customers calls or make pre-arranged calls to their customers. Sorry scammers/fishers, but you didn't catch any of the ignorant or plain stupid this go-round!
