Different companies us this service fishing for my lifes situations

Neighborh keeps calling me
an wakes me up.

Sent a text message posing as Regions Security. She Said my card was deactivated and I needed to click on a link to reactivate it. I don’t have an account with Regions. 🤣🤣

Number not known to me or Call Control database. No vmail. Suspected number spoof.

...is someone I do not know. No vmail, even though my vmail greeting says specifically "If I don't recognize your number, and you leave no vmail, I will NOT call you back, will block your number, and report it as spam." Likely a spoofed number.

Received letter as others mentioned. Letter is from some alleged mortgage company and asking to 615-800-7010 number. Did not call as looked suspicious and confirmed by checking on google.
