They are bottom feeders and are harassers that somehow keep skirting the law with no consequences.

I received the same deceptive mail. Found others stating this is a scam and it is not affiliated with my mortgage company. Mail says to call 615-800-7010. Did not call but found this site when I googled the number. Reporting this as a scammer.
