One of dozens of similar numbers calling 2-3 times per day, most with no ID, but some with Portfolio Recovery, Client Services, or Prince Parker collection agencies. Violating FDCPA laws limiting such calls to 7 calls in 7 days. I've had 20 in 7 days. I have clear credit score. Whether Scammer or law breaking collection agency, I don't answer.
