Blackmail and extortion.

Out of the blue I got a text message from this number telling me my security code was XXXX. I don't know if it's valid and someone just fat fingered my cell number? Or if it was a hack. I was away from my desk for the 10 min before and after this sms arrived, so I know it was not due to anything I requested.
