This is Portfolio a collection company. They are the most annoying collection agency! They call daily if not twice a day non stop including Sundays and holidays they will call any phone number they think is yours but don't bother to check telephone number ownership! They never leave a message but overload your voice mailbox with dead space messages. I don't know why PORTFOLIO RECOVERY can't bother to check phone number OWNERSHIP? ITS BEYOND ME! PORTFOLIO RECOVERY USES PHONE NUMBER SPOOFING THEY SHOULD SPOOF MY NUMBERS AND CALL THEMSELVES! This way they will see the current telephone numbers ownership or name on the bill! There should be state laws that make collection agencies check telephone numbers as people constantly change phone numbers due to this exact issue. Companies like Portfolio Recovery have the resources to look into phone number ownership this way they don't call numbers that might have been reassigned to new users. I'm not going to change my number because I've just giving it out! Portfolio recovery is the only company that calls my cellphone not other calls other than people I've giving my number too and I don't answer numbers that I don't know and don't call back numbers that CAN'T LEAVE A MESSAGE!! But I will post about numbers that repeatedly call like auto warranty services! I'm always tempted to answer when I have nothing better to do and mess with these callers. Hopefully this info will start ne2 state laws and help people by telling others that collection agencies are NOT allowed to harass you daily in almost all states if you're being harassed by a collection company you should report it to your local state agencies NOT REPORT THE CALL AS SPAM! IF YOU OWE A DEBT AND A COLLECTION AGENCY IS RAPIDLY CALLING YOU THAT'S HARASSMENT! CALL YOUR STATE REPS AND FILE A COMPLAINT! IF YOUR RECEIVING COLLECTION CALLS FOR SOMEONE ELSE OTHER THAN YOU FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU Known as the BBB at WWW.BBB.ORG OR SEND A LETTER TO THE COLLECTION AGENCY ADDRESS FOUND ON THE INTERNET IN MOST CASES.

This man, that I never met, asked me to help him with approximately 114,000 pounds because he stuck in the UK. Met him on a dating site but never in person. Just another man on a long list of scammers.
