He asked for my full name and address. He claimed it was for some account that I do not have. He said he needed to double-check my information.

Further research indicates that VA Solutions is likely a scam targeting veterans, as scammers often impersonate official VA representatives to solicit personal information or payments.

Unknown caller, no caller ID, no msg. Suspect scam/fraud. Called number back from undisclosed number to check caller VM for ID. Caller outbound VM msg: "we do not reconize the number you are calling from, please callback with the number we called you on".
