Will not stop calling my phone.

Scam person keeps calling my number every day non stop as I blocked there number and put there number under do not call registered.

Spoofing call the person did not leave a message in my voice mail I call back to see who it was and it say the number doesn't exist and they call me twice with the same number but when I answered it keeps number doesn't exist. saying the
