649 Area Code

Nuisance call

Called me three times in 6 hours. Each time let the phone ring once before hanging up

Area code 649 is from the Turks and Caicos Islands

Keeps calling

This number keeps calling me along with the other number I just filled a complaint about.

No quiero recibir llamada de ese numero me acosa

Annoying

They've continued to call me a few times every day for the past couple of days

...reduce your credit card balance...

Lowering your interested rate on your credit card.

Never got to it. A voice asked for a household member by name, but would not divulge reason for call. They have called repeatedly the last few weeks.

Rang for 2 seconds and hung up. Did a search and discovered this from 800notes

"This call is likely associated with a scam originating from Grenada (area code 473), Dominica (area code 767), Jamaica (area code 876), and probably several other Caribbean islands.  Turks and Caicos Islands are in the Caribbean.

it appears to be related to a international call scam- according to Google.

calls me up telling me they part of internet fraud for payday loan

Don't want to recieve no sms as well
