No response when answering the call. Called Twice and I answered both times.

This number is spoofed by this charity. Would a legitimate charity phone solicit using a spoofed number? They also use a false gruff voice when talking, perhaps to intimate the listener.

This person calls from different numbers. I never get past that question. It is annoying.
