Intrusive caller who resorted to intrusive texting. Responded with offensive emojis to a texted request to stop communicating.

Leaves messages for an unnamed recipient that her records indicate unpaid taxes on record that need to be paid and to give her office a call to get the matter resolved.

Without giving an actual name to the company they represented they stated that if you had overdue unpaid taxes they can set up a loan I blocked it using the screening service they just hung up
