Keeps calling from an endless amount of numbers. Acts like we're long lost friends.

Phishing is a term used when unscrupulous scammers call you, (sometimes they’ll say there’s a problem with one of the following: your computer, smartphone, bank account, Medicare or IRS, etc), because doing so might scare you enough to make you let your guard down. They’re hoping you’ll divulge sensitive information like credit card or bank account numbers, your Social Security number,, etc.
They’re “phishing”, (sounds like “fishing”), but they’re not looking for anything except YOUR personal or financial information so they can ruin your life! I had my identity stolen about 15 years ago but, luckily, my bank manager recognized fraudulent activity & he stopped it dead in its tracks! I was very lucky that someone was looking out for me.

I called Carington Mortgage 1-800-xxx-xxxx. they stated the number 714-869-2405 is not associated with their company.
