Scam Call from Harrisburg

This number got completely past Call Control. Caller identified himself as "Jason" with "Bridge" (there may have been a second word after "Bridge," but I couldn't make it out). He said a $45,000 loan I never applied for was still open. Using Skype, I called back this 717-696-4933 number and got a very generic recorded greeting, claiming all agents were busy due to high call volume. This was exactly the same recording I got when I called back another number that got past Call Control a couple of weeks ago. When I called back the earlier number, it was 6:00 AM E.S.T. High call volume at 6 o'clock in the morning?!
