Phone call came I sent it to voicemail no message just dead air

This call was from Tennessee and there was when I answered it there was hesitant you know nobody answered right away and then I said hello but I didn't want to say much more and definitely was an AI person on the other end because she said hello and then can you hear me but it didn't sound like a real person's voice.

No reason for me receiving call from Tennessee and could not find caller information.
