Spam caller

This is either a scam caller or a Debt collector that is calling the wrong number. I just got this phone number about a year ago and I still have my other phone number that I have had for 10plus years. The calls are coming to my new number everyday at all hours of the day. If this was some how my debt they would be calling my old number not my new one. Also these people don’t ever acknowledge who they are looking for and they repeatedly call from a spoofed number and when I try to call back the number is disconnected. If this is some how my debt and they are actually a legit company they should be able to produce something in writing that is is my debt. This company is clearly a scam or a company doing things that are clearly against the rules of debt collection. If a company can’t tell me who they are looking for, who the debt is owed to and then continue to harass people who aren’t the person who actuallys owes the debt makes me think this company isn’t legit.
