Man didn’t leave his name but stated or didn’t say my name either. Usually they say if someone leave a message your name which he did not. Said he sent a letter that I didn’t respond to. He didn’t say who he was with or what the letter was about.

A simple online lookup for this number resulted in no person, company, or organization is associated with it. The fire support CID was provided by verizon. Cannot conclude that this is an actual charitable organization permitted to call by the FCC rules. So just blocking.
