Call is from Dominica. Calls
Very early and continues all day.. needs to stop

same as about had me on hold while techno played, i hung up after mayeb 2 minutes.

late call with no message.

Calls come in at random times, 3am, 11am, 4pm..... none

A Caribbean call scam. They usually call in the middle of the night. If you answer or call back, they might be able to hack your phone or you'll be get a huge call charge on your bill. This is a known and well reported scam. I typed the number on google and read all about it. Don't answer or call back. Block and report.

Scam from number in Roseau, Dominica. Do not answer.

Looked the number up on Google. its a scam out of the Dominican Republic.

Never return their phone call . They will charge you money if you do so. ado not call back.

Called 1/18/14 at 12:58 AM EST. I was sleeping and didn't hear it vibrate. No message. I have Verizon.

Called at 10:15AM 1-15-2014. Rang twice, no message, looked the number up online and found to be a scam. I didn't call back.

The call is from Domica. It's a cost trap - if you call back hold music plays on a loop. It's a long distance call for most and will incur massive charges.
