Unknown caller, no caller ID, no msg left

Has to do with some sort of gambling..."free spins".

Rang the number was told they are csr Amazon. I asked why they called me?
Did you get a voicemail or text to do something?
I didn't request a call back from them.

Return call initiates message stating that your call cannot be completed as dialed.

Unable to return call, number supposedly disconnected

Return calls initiate a recording stating that you've reached a number that has been disconnected or is no longer in service.

Continually calling me for months to change my prescribed pharmacy & receive free prescriptions.

Recorded message, "Congratulations, you may be eligible for a valuable gift card..."

When the incoming number is dialed to return the call, sounds like a fax machine line are played/heard.

Untrue return call message states the number has been disconnected.
