Unknown caller using a fake phone number who won't leave a msg.

not sure who this is. Leaves voicemail telling you to call number back on your caller ID. Doesn't sound legit.

tells you to call numer on your caller ID. Probably a 3rd party crooked debt collector.

Trying to collect a debt from over 20 years ago!
