Spam call. Keeps calling and hangs up

Supposedly from Canada Post about a missed delivery. Not expecting anything.

Caller requests information for supposed items for sale that are not nor as ever been advertised and then asks for payment information for “wasting his time”

This number used my stolen phones SIM card to forward messages. Scammers!
