That phone number does not appear anywhere on the IRS website. Never leave sensitive information on a recorded line. We received an offcial looking envelope but anyone can print a window envelope with a logo and legitimate return address. Always check the official irs.gov website for contact numbers provided in letters, as well as addresses provided to you for responding to notices.

Take care. Something is a little messed up here. It's a recording stating that 'you've got a warrant with Orem city'. Chances are you really have a warrant, or in the last few months had a warrant. If you know you don't have one, quickly... and always just check back with the court clerk!! Save yourself first! Try really hard to remember its meant as courtesy & convenience, even if it's probably the most unfair and annoying aspect of your day... so far.
