Chad - a local investor, wants to make a cash offer for our house. His phone number is definitely not local.

I gotten 6 calls in the last 3 days saying someone is trying to open a cc in my name with my social, it's a SCAM

The caller could barely be understood. I think she claimed to be calling to cancel a fraudulent charge. I was suspicious. When she asked if I had my card with me, I was certain. I terminated the call.

Left a voicemail with Chinese people talking in the background, probably a spam caller factory

Work related. I have been send 6 times today a job offer in Virginia beach . Called and noticed them I'm working with DARS.

Wanted to help me sign up for add'l before for social security which l don't have. When asked how she got my name and number, she stated from an online survey which l did not fill out. This caller has called 4 times today using a different number all beginning with prefix area code (804) 331-6

If this was really from our bank it wouldn't have a local area code attached to it

I'm guessing Telemarketing. When asked for the business name to be repeated, the caller went silent, then disconnected.
