Selling power plans. They claim they want to talk about my "Westin Power" account. I don't have Westin Power or even West Penn Power.

Claiming to be West Penn Power, likely a scam since I don't have an account with them.

Claim to be calling about late charges on my WPP account. My name isn't David, and I don't have a WPP account.

I've received two calls in the last month claiming to be taking a survey for healthcare and I hang up and they keep calling back
