Chinese pre recorded message

I just have a landline. Got a call from this number at 7:30 on 24 Feb. 2022. Call went to voice mail. No message. I get a lot of nuisance calls and never answer unless I recognize a number or if someone leaves a message that merits a response.

Their name displayed was UNKNOWN. I am on the DNCL but scamming telemarketer chose to ignore that they are NOT to PHONE me. The phone company they use should be notified & telemarketer should be heavily FINED $$$. They phoned Feb-15-2022 at 3:45pm.

Called using Calgary Alberta Canada number. Said he was in California. Spoofed scammer.

Calls me repeatedly and hangs up. When I tried to call back I get recordings saying, "Number is not in service" or "Your call can not be completed as dialed.

They tell you you have a high amount of credits you can use. If you asked to be removed they will continue to call 6x a day

Just now received a call from this number, but let it go to voice mail, as I don't answer numbers I'm not familiar with. Voice mail was just a fragment of a word. Blocked number.

Told me that I qualify for a free grant I never have to pay back. When I told him I was on the Do Not Call Registry the middle eastern sounding man said "Yeah I know you are ma'am, but....."
