This guy apparently spams every voter in the state regardless of where they live (I'm hundreds of miles from his district) and if you text STOP you get a message saying you won't receive any more messages. Then he starts spamming you from a different num

Nobody I know using a similar number too someone in contacts and from state to get through similar calls disconnect
