This person will not stop calling our cellphone and I have had my cellphone number for 10 years and I do not know anyone from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
The Person speaks in Foreign Language that I cannot understand.

This call only got through to me as I had turned off my CALL CONTROL for the holidays to allow Family and Friends to call.
I normally use CALL CONTROL for Android Cellphones ONLY.
They have a Free and Paid version of the program.
I find that the average person can use the Free version of Call Control to control how cellphone calls are handled from UNKNOWN numbers
