I asked who was calling and she said American Senior Assistance. I asked if it was ok to call me when I was on the do not call list and she hung up.

I keep getting calls from this number. For two solid months, I was receiving the same message from a local number, when I tracked the number down I called the cellular company that owns the number it was a 331 number. They gave me a website to file a legal complaint. The calls stopped for about a month. Now I am getting this same medicare/diabetes message from this telephone number. I am on the DNC registry. I have reported it. They have already called four times in the last five hours
