Someone called and didn't say anything hold the line

I constantly receive this same phone call from different numbers. I never answer the call and I don't have any unpaid bills. I know this is false because I pay all my stuff on time. Also, they never say my name or what this is referring to. Below is the transcribed voicemail message:

"This is our final attempt to reach you before this matter is escalated. Escalation may result in court hearings, wage garnishment and possibly affect your credit score. It is imperative that you take immediate action to avoid potential consequences to prevent escalation and resolve this issue. Press one now."
