No Idea who it is.

(Spoofed Number) Whoever set up this scam has a lot of time on their hands. This is one of MANY phone numbers they use to bypass call blocking. I've only gotten three seconds of their voice mail but it always ends with "Thank you, and have a wonderful day!"
