Constantly calling to give free life insurance quotes even after repeated requests for them to stop...and I have been on the national do not call register since 2008

Appears to be spoof did not answer.

Never had loan with them. Call up to 4times a daily trying to lure me into a contract

When you call the number back it says access to this person is restricted.

When I called the number back it's a recorded message saying access to it is restricted.

Old debt collection.

Has texted twice in two months, asking if I am the owner of a particular property. Claims not to remember the first time. Says name is "Will" is from a neighboring state and interested in possibly buying the house, which is currently off market.

Won't call me directly or the phone number I gave them. Instead, keeps asking questions via text which sound like phishing activity. I also get disconnected when trying to call the number directly.
