The caller ID says Collection Agency so I knew it was bogus and didn't answer. Out of curiosity I called back the number and a man with a difficult to understand accent tried to pitch me a home warranty.

Left message for someone of a similar name and possibly last 4 of a social and was discussing documents that were being sent then left an 8338443200 to call and other sites say it's a scam.
