Keeps offering real estate

They called, left this message: "Have received this phone call from our department is to inform you that there are legal enforcement actions filed against you. And your Social Security number is suspected for fraudulent activities. So once you get this message kindly revert us back as soon as possible."
I called them back using a burner number, talked to a guy in a noisy office with a heavy accent, led him on for a while. He finally figured out I wasn't genuine and cussed me out.

This person calls every day for trying to be Social Security sometimes up to 5 or 6 times a day

Unknown caller. Left partial message requesting a callback. Strongly appears to be scam since it was reported on other sites as an offer to loan money. Legitimate loan offers do not come from a robo-call dialing random numbers.
