Claims to be a debt collector. Wanted my credit card information did not even get my name correct claims that I owe Verizon money barely speaks English I haven't had a Verizon account since 2013 which was cancelled in 2013 when my mother passed away they're saying it was a prorated bill so I believe that this is an unethical debt collection agency or scam.
