They call with a fake promotion but they don't know your name or anything else. Do not give them any information as they are trying to get into your account and or get your credit card number. The big question is if you call these numbers back they are unassigned. It begs the question. If the system knows they are unassigned, why the f*** are they allowed in the system in the first place!?
They will tell you that there's a 30% promotion off your bill. You don't have to do anything to receive it. Well except give them all your account information and credit card. LOL. Typical Indian scam

They claim that they have observed an iPhone billed to one's Amazon account for random amount between $700 and $1,200 then they offer to put you through to a fake customer service representative to dispute the charges. It's clearly a philshing attempt to steal customer information

The phone number is not even assigned. That makes you wonder why it's even allowed in the system. If a number doesn't exist then how is it allowed to make phone calls?
