Tries to put you through to a fake security rep who tries to philsh your information from you in order to hijack your account and steal critical identity info as well as steal your money.

Connects through to fake agent who attempts to verify personal information and or steal it and has the customer provide payment details, it's clearly a fishing trap as can be verified by looking in your Amazon account order history. No said order exists, do not fall for this
