No identification given. Recording about underwriting a loan.

Keeps calling and saying that a loan approval is ready. I never applied anywhere for a loan.

States an order was placed in my name and to press 1 to speak to a representative.

Two-step verification process. They call you and give you the number code because they think you are trying to log-on to a secure account. The number code is the SECOND step of the two-step verification process.
