They claim to be a shipping company and ask you to pay a large amount for shipping insurance. Whether you pay them or not, you don't receive what you ordered. They just take your money.

It's as if central casting in Hollywood hired the telemarketers here. The voice is loud, obnoxious, and puts you on the defensive - as if you've committed a crime and you'd better donate or you'll be in trouble. This is pretty horrible.
