Based on the link, it has to do with crypto-currencies. I don't invest in crypto-currencies and if there was a problem with my investments, my broker has my number. He would pick up the phone and call.

High probability of a scammer phone phising for personal info for a financial racket. Calls 3x a week from different numbers and asking to call back another number.
