The caller ID shows "National Police & Trooper /NPTA. No message left, however in the pass they request a money donation & want the use of your credit card. I've always requested an envelope be mailed to my home to place my donation in & each time I never get an envelope. I never give my credit card number over the phone when I've been called.

Domestic terrorism funded by illegal debt collection scams. They threaten violence if you acknowledge them. They never have correct info because it's all a ridiculous con job. Advice? Never take their calls, never give them information, and most importantly, NEVER give them money. Since they call from HUNDREDS of different phone numbers in different states, please understand that there is NOTHING legit about these con artists. Laugh at them & go on about your day because they never actually DO anything but make annoying, ridiculous phone calls. 😂 Simpleton cowards.

Unsolicited SCAM or FRAUD caller refused to identify self and would not state purpose of the call. I know nobody in Elsinore CA, have never been there, and have done no business with anyone there.
