Comcast trying to sell me cable upgrade. I don't even have Comcast let alone want to upgrade. They call from different numbers weekly.

"Hello . . . My name is Daniel. I'm calling in regards to MGI Incorporated. . . unfortunately, we're going to have to make a decision to move forward if we cannot gain your cooperation voluntarily. We've left messages and send email have not received your response. So based on this message and your return call or lack thereof. I'm going to go ahead and determine if we need to move forward with judgment. The file is in process of litigation inquires are being made. You can stop this by simply picking up the phone if you refuse to pick up the phone, I will have to use the courts to gain your cooperation. 954-304-9926"

They have never called before today, never mailed, never emailed. They male caller has a pleasant voice pleading for a return call, but based on the false information given I'm guessing this is a scam.
