Automated call did not leave message. Returning the call connected to a conversant that could not direct me to the representative that called and recommended contacting the number on the back of my Aetna member's card. The customer support agent at that number verified the missed call number as a partner. Not a spam in my opinion. The caller should have just left a message, but humans have not programmed the AI to do that yet.

I asked several times to take me off their call list and he just kept asking me questions about my house and my mortgage and I said "please don't make me be mean to you, remove me from your call list" and he just kept going and going!
