Recent Call Reports

Automated call did not leave message. Returning the call connected to a conversant that could not direct me to the representative that called and recommended contacting the number on the back of my Aetna member's card. The customer support agent at that number verified the missed call number as a partner. Not a spam in my opinion. The caller should have just left a message, but humans have not programmed the AI to do that yet.

Fake number

Caller: Unknown

The phone number 959-758-6788 is from an area code that has been disproportionately used by scammers. Cybersecurity experts have highlighted 959, along with 720 (Colorado), 272 (Pennsylvania), and 346 (Texas), as area codes favored by hackers in 2024 for various scam attempts. It is generally advised not to answer unexpected calls from unrecognized area codes, as they could be part of a scam. If you receive such a call, consider doing a quick online search to identify the origin of the number. Should the call be from someone you know, they will likely call back or leave a message.

Caller: Scam

I asked several times to take me off their call list and he just kept asking me questions about my house and my mortgage and I said "please don't make me be mean to you, remove me from your call list" and he just kept going and going!

Caller: Loan Depot

Energy and solar reseller, tried to keep selling despite knowing I'm not the person they called and I don't own where I live so it's not a decision I can make regardless

No one on the other end of the line. You know, the end that just called me. Ugh.
